Invest together,
decide together.

Start a stock club with your friends. Everyone chips in dollars, anyone can propose a trade, and nothing moves until enough of you vote yes. The club is a Safe you all own — no company ever holds the money.

How it works

A circle of friends, one account

A club is a Safe smart account with every member as an owner and a number of votes you choose. It holds the dollars and the stocks. Nobody can move either alone.

01

Start it

Name the club, add your friends' wallets and choose how many yes votes a decision needs. One transaction builds the Safe with all of you as owners.

02

Chip in

Each member sends dollars (USDG) straight to the club from their own wallet. What everyone put in is counted from the chain, to the cent, for good.

03

Propose

Anyone in the club proposes a move — buy these stocks, sell that one, pay everyone out, add a friend. The proposal is published on chain, with your vote on it.

04

Vote, then it happens

Members vote from their own wallets. When enough say yes, the last one carries it out in the same click: Uniswap fills the trade, into the club.

A proposal

Everyone sees exactly what it does

A proposal is the club's transaction itself, published before anyone signs it. Every member's page reads it back from the chain and explains it step by step — not in the proposer's words, in the transaction's.

Buy $400 of NVIDIA and $300 of Apple

“Earnings are next week — let's get in before.” — proposed by Ana

  1. Approve Uniswap to spend exactly $700.00 of the club's USDG
  2. Buy NVDA with $400.00 — at least … shares, or nothing
  3. Buy AAPL with $300.00 — at least … shares, or nothing

Published, then votedThe proposer's vote carries the whole proposal with it. Nothing about it can change afterwards: a vote is a vote for those exact bytes.
Read from the transactionHenge decodes every step itself — who gets paid, which stock, the least the club will accept. Anything it cannot explain is flagged, and it says so.
A floor on every tradeEach buy and sell names the least the club will take. If the price moves past it before the votes are in, Uniswap fills nothing and nothing is spent.
No means noMembers can vote no. If enough do, the proposal is struck off on chain and can never run — Safe's own rejection, spent at the same number.
Who owns what

Your share is what you put in

Every dollar a member sends to the club is on chain. A member's share of everything the club holds is what they put in, divided by what all members put in.

Of a $1,000 pot. If the club's stocks grow to $1,400, her half is worth $700 — and the page shows it, live, to every member.

Leaving, or paying out
In kind

A member who leaves takes their share of every holding — dollars and stocks — in one vote. A payout splits any fraction of the club the same way.

Clubs work best like dues: everyone chips in the same amount at the same time. A member who joins later, after the club has grown or shrunk, should settle the difference with the others first — the page shows what the club is worth at any moment.

Safety

Nothing to trust but audited code

Henge is a page, not a bank. Every transaction goes to contracts that were already on Robinhood Chain, written and audited by the people who built them.

Safe holds it

Your club is a Safe 1.4.1 account — the multi-owner code that secures billions on other chains, byte-for-byte identical here. You can open it in Safe{Wallet} too.

Votes Safe counts

A vote is Safe's own approveHash, from the member's own wallet. When the club acts, Safe itself checks every vote on chain — not this website.

No contract of ours

There is nothing of Henge's on chain to pause, upgrade or drain, and no fee. If this website vanished, your club would still be yours, in any Safe app.

Trades with a floor

Every trade names the least the club will accept, and Uniswap refuses to fill below it. Approvals are for exactly the amount being traded, never unlimited.

No server, no database

Proposals live in the transactions that published them. Every member's page reads them from the chain and checks each one against the hash Safe will execute.

Tested on the live chain

The code that builds your transactions starts real clubs on a private copy of Robinhood Chain, chips in, proposes, votes and trades in them: 15/15 properties, 194 checks. The results.

Questions

Good to know

How many votes should a club need?

A majority is the usual choice: 2 of 3, 3 of 4 or 5, 4 of 6. Fewer votes make the club quick but let a small group act for everyone; all of them means one absent friend can hold everything up. You can change it later — by a vote.

Could members gang up and take the money?

A club does whatever enough of its members vote for, including paying everything to one of them. That is what "enough votes" means, in any club. Start clubs with people you trust, and choose the number of votes so no small group can act alone.

What if the price moves before everyone has voted?

Every trade carries a floor set when it was proposed (3% under the quote by default). If the stock moves further than that before the last vote, Uniswap refuses the whole trade and nothing is spent. Vote no to clear it and propose again at the new price.

How do I get my money out?

Propose that you leave. When the club votes yes, Safe sends you your share of every holding — dollars and stocks — and removes you as a member, in one transaction. A payout does the same for everyone at once, for any fraction of the club.

Do my friends need to be online at the same time?

No. Proposals wait on chain for as long as they need to. Each member votes whenever they open the club; the page shows every proposal with who has voted and who has not.

What does it cost?

Henge charges nothing. Starting a club is one transaction (about 307k gas, a fraction of a cent on Robinhood Chain), a vote is about 50,000 gas, and trades pay Uniswap's pool fee, as anywhere.

Can we use the club without this website?

Yes. It is a standard Safe 1.4.1 account and Safe{Wallet} supports Robinhood Chain. Henge is a convenient front door, not the only one — and the votes it collects are Safe's own, which any Safe tool can read.

Is it audited?

Henge deploys no contract, so there is nothing of ours to audit. Safe 1.4.1 and Uniswap v3 are audited, and the page that builds your transactions is open and tested against the live chain.
